LSO Cantata (CUS:BUS) belongs to the family of LSO Interface Reference Points (IRP) as defined in MEF 55. It defines the management reference point that provides a customer (including enterprise customers) with capabilities via the Service Portal to support operational interactions (e.g., ordering, billing, trouble management, etc.) for a portion of the service provider service capabilities related to the customer’s services. In other words, LSO Cantata is a management reference point that supports non-control related management interactions between the Service Provider's Business Applications and the Customer.
