This document specifies the processes, use cases and guidelines for a standardized MEF Carrier Ethernet Services Qualification Questionnaire that can be used by potential buying carriers to more efficiently find a selling carrier that matches their needs. The questionnaire will encompass MEF defined services and process alignment (quote/order/delivery/assur-ance/billing/etc.) information.
