How do I set up a call or series of calls for my working group?

Answer

Create new 'Working Group Calls and Meetings' page

  1. Click the 'Create' button at the top of the page

     

  2. Within the 'Create' dialog, (1) select the Space within which the page is to be located, (2) scroll down and select 'Working Group Calls and Meetings' and then (3) click on 'Create'

     

  3. When the new page opens in Edit mode, enter (1) your choice of name for the page you are creating and (2) fill in the details of the calls/meetings that you want the MEF staff to create for you and then (3) click 'Save'


     
  4. Once in view mode of your new page, click on the 'Share' button


     
  5. In the 'Share' dialog, (1) enter the word 'coordinators' and then (2) a note asking the MEF staff to complete the set up process and (3) click the 'Share' button


     
  6. The MEF staff will then complete the process for you by 
    1. Creating the GoToMeeting session
    2. Completing the information on the page that you have created
    3. Updating the Team Calendar
    4. Notifying the members of your working group of the calls/meetings that have been set up

Update existing 'Working Group Calls and Meetings' page

  1. Go to your existing 'Working Group Calls and Meetings' page
  2. Enter Edit mode, update the information in the panel at the top left of the page and save the changes
  3. Once in view mode of your new page, click on the 'Share' button


     
  4. In the 'Share' dialog, (1) enter the word 'coordinators' and then (2) a note asking the MEF staff to complete the update process and (3) click the 'Share' button


     
  5. The MEF staff will then complete the process for you by 
    1. Creating the GoToMeeting session
    2. Completing the information on the page that you have created
    3. Updating the Team Calendar
    4. Notifying the members of your working group of the calls/meetings that have been set up
