Abstract:
"This document specifies a Generic Token Bucket Algorithm (GTBA) based on the Bandwidth Profile Algorithm specified in MEF 10.3. It is expected that other documents can reference this specification for describing new Bandwidth Profiles and methods for regulating the use of other resources."
