In the context of MEF's evolving and successful technical vision and strategy, Pascal will lay out our opportunities and priorities for 2023 and beyond. Automation is a primary focus, including the introduction of LSO Operational APIs, a new Secure Network-as-a-Service initiative and the evolution to blockchain-based billing and settlement.  Pascal will highlight the importance of 5G FWA support as part of our automation strategy

Following on from MEF's late 2022 release of MEF 117 (SASE) and MEF 118 (Zero Trust) frameworks, Pascal will also discuss activities to drive adoption of these standards, their continuation in new releases and plans for related MEF certification programs.

Panel MEF and Secure NaaS

As introduced in the CTO report and in the new programs announcement, In October 2023, MEF will introduce a comprehensive industry blueprint for a new generation of secured NaaS  for enterprises, including the platforms and ecosystem required to deliver such services.  This panel will explore NaaS trends and the opportunity for MEF to take a leadership position in this area.
